INGREDIENTS
4 slices NuTrail Keto White Bread Mix
1 avocado
¼ cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese
Crushed red pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast the bread to your desired doneness.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice thinly.
